The 12 Gospels

As a continuation from the morning Mystical Supper service, we come to a service called the 12 Gospels. As previously said, there is a main timeline taking place within the services, but they overlap each other and go deeper into focus within each. There are 12 gospel portions read, each from the 4 gospel accounts. After each reading, a candle is lit in the front. The readings cover in entirety Jesus speaking with His disciples in the Upper Room, the garden, His betrayal by Judas, His arrest, trial and crucifixion.

Unfortunately, I arrived late to the service and missed 11 of the readings. Over the course of the week before and during, I kept hearing in my mind the question of Jesus to His disciples, “could you not keep watch with me for one hour?”
